Surface Renewal Systems
Surface Renewal Systems was established in 2004 by Fergus and Sean Kilmartin. In 2016 Fergus retired and Surface Renewal Systems became a part of the M&L Painting group of companies. This means we have the reach and ability to handle any size project. We install a full line of specialty performance flooring products including polyurethane cement, epoxy and methyl-methacrylate.
We also offer a full line of services and products for new and old concrete, including sealers, hardener-densifiers and waterproofing coatings. Surface Renewal Systems Ltd. is a specialty flooring contractor based in Greater Vancouver and operating throughout Western and Northern Canada.
